All products sold by SOLVEN are produced on a print-on-demand basis in partnership with Printful. Product colours may slightly vary due to screen settings and printing processes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. SOLVEN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Estimated delivery times vary by destination. SOLVEN is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. EU customers retain their statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, except for personalised or custom-made items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on www.playsolven.com — including logos, images, and text — is the property of SOLVEN and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SOLVEN shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
